「味」（=趣）というのは、それを持つ当人の全てに影響を与える。「味」は人間が行う入力から出力までの循環系全てに行き渡る血液なのである。今回のマガジンでは二度のサパーを通して、我々が敬愛するゲスト、陶芸家、料理人の「味」に触れていきたいと思う。彼らがどのようにインスピレーションを獲得しているのか、またそれを消化しているのか。彼らが直感と論理をどのように使用し、クリエイティブなプロセスを踏んでいるのか。どういった思考・方法でそれを世に公開しているのか。「味」とは一体何なのかを本イシューで追求していきたい。本書を通し、ゲストたちの会話に耳を傾け、食事を楽しみ、陶芸に触れ、最高な夜を過ごしてほしい。
 
Taste (=elegance) affects everything about the person who possesses it. It is the blood vessel that permeates the entire circulatory system from input to output of human activities. This time, we would like to focus on the "taste" of our beloved guests, potters, and cooks through two suppers. How do they acquire and apply their inspiration? How do they use intuition and logic in their creative processes? How do they think and present it to the world? This issue will pursue what "taste" is all about.Through this magazine, you will listen to the conversations of our guests, enjoy the meal, gain knowledge about ceramics, and have a spectacular evening.
